MATSUKAWA
Matsukawa in Nagano is a hidden gem and a great starting point for outdoor adventures.
Drive 100 minutes from Nagoya, located south of Nagano. It’s a great destination for a family vacation! The courses are open to those over 110cm in height. A high-quality onsen awaits you. We also provide accommodations. Additionally, it is convenient for climbing the Chuo Alps.

A dynamic and challenging course that utilizes the unique features of the forest.
TREK COURSE
The course is divided into 10 sites, each with its own difficulty level, catering to children and adults alike.
Conditions
- Minimum height: 1.10m and over 7 years old / Maximum weight: 100kg
- Elementary school students must be accompanied by a supervising adult(+18) to participate in the course.
- Middle school students and high school students under 18 years of age do not need direct supervision from adults while on the course, but parental supervision from the ground is necessary.
- One adult (18+) may supervise up to three children.
Adults and children have a flat rate
- 60 minutes: ¥3,000 per person
- 90 minutes: ¥4,000 per person
- 120 minutes: ¥5,000 per person
- Private Guide: ¥6,000 per guide

Arrivng by car
From the Chuo Expressway Matsukawa IC, it’s approximately 2 km (4-5 minutes) away. After exiting Matsukawa IC, make a left turn at the first traffic signal. Continue straight for 2-3 minutes, then make a left turn at the sign for “Refresh Town Matsukawa no Sato.” After passing under the Chuo Expressway overpass, make an immediate right turn, and continue for about 300 meters until you arrive. Parking is available along the roadside.
It takes approximately 2 hours to reach us from Nagoya. There is a nearby municipal onsen accommodation called “Seiryuen.” If you need directions, please feel free to call us.
